    Whitehall firmly believes that association living and property management is a team effort between Board Members, the Community and our Management Associates. We believe in building a cohesive working relationship to provide education as well as guidance in all facets of association living and property management.

    Our Services - Operations Management

    Whitehall Community Management is a company that will strive for better solutions for the property's owners, board members, association and all other interested parties. Whitehall comes equipped with professionals holding licenses and certifications with the State of Michigan Builders License, Michigan Real Estate Board (Real Estate broker), IREM (Accredited Residential Manager, Certified Tax Credit Professional), AICPA and MACPA (Certified Public Accountant). We work closely with our clients to provide a package of services to meet each community's unique need, which can include any or all of the following:

    Board Meetings
    • Schedule dates and location with directors 
    • Coordinate distribution of agenda, minutes and financial statements 
    • Present contract proposals for approval 
    • Attend board meeting

    Annual Meeting
    • Coordinate location, time and notification with directors 
    • Assist with agenda 
    • Registration of attendees 
    • Present annual financial statements 
    • Present budgets for the new year 
    • Address any management issues on the agenda
    Bylaws
    • Review for compliance 
    • Assist board with interpretation 
    • Prepare violation notices at boards direction 
    • Assist with bylaw amendments
    Insurance
    • Review current coverage and suggest changes when necessary 
    • Request for annual competitive bids and present to board for approval 
    • Process all insurance claims 
    • Review Directors and Officers coverage annually
    General Administration
    • Assign appropriate staffing to the property. 
    • Maintain current property rolls including emergency contacts 
    • Coordinate procedures for emergency entries into vacant units. 
    • Clearly communicate the Responsibility Matrix to property owners
